My son was injured in Iraq when a car bomb exploded on April 27, 2005.

Your generosity is beyond words. Just knowing that others care has helped us during these difficult weeks.

Brian is in the Army and has been in Iraq since December 2004. He is in the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC. He has many months of surgery and therapy ahead of him. We are hoping for a full recovery.

I sent a picture of Brian in his room at Walter Reed and a picture of his son on a quilt that was given to Brian in Iraq. The quilt was given by a lady in Texas for a wounded soldier, just like your gift.
